Welcome

Introduction

I received my Ph.D. from the Computer Science Department at Virginia Tech in the Spring of 2011. I currently serve a double appointment between Virginia Tech and Carnegie Mellon University. I am an Adjunct Faculty in the Computer Science department at Virginia Tech teaching an undergraduate Software Engineering course. I am also a Visiting Scientist at Carnegie Mellon’s Software Engineering Institute (SEI).

My research interests include architecting, designing, eliciting quality attributes, and evaluating network-centric systems of systems. My current research engagement with the SEI focuses on developing an integration strategy for the deployment of FEMA’s Commercial Mobile Alert Service (CMAS) capability at the national level.
